To address each of Ian’s thoughtful comments:
1. I am a big fan of symmetry , so,glad you are good with them being aligned.
2. Yeah, although the skulls are 1/6 scale same as the creature, my wife also said the skulls are not working.
3. Good ideas ! LED lanterns/fire might be cool? but then I have to worry about changing batteries every so often. We shall see…
4. The angle of the pics may be exaggerating his spear length (I know, I know, that’s what she said) . But I will check next work session.

I think you are right. Looks like a good length to me, it just seems kind of awkward with the angle of everything.
