You know it's not a good day when it starts out with, "Hey boss, we've got a weird one for you."

As it gets within a week I'm getting more geeked up, if I can make it through work till then! It's our family vacation and now my wife is geeked up too after I told her that the Kentucky Flea Market is at the Expo Center next week too. Never been to WF or Louisville so we are looking forward to it. Wife asked if rooms at the Crown have hair dryers, anybody know if they do? I have no need for one as I don't have the hair required for one!

Leaving Dallas Thursday after work and staying the night in Little Rock then on to Louisville early the next AM. Not staying at the show hotel as I have free room for three night down the road at the Hyatt thanks to hotel points. Farther away from the action but more $$ for the dealer room. This will be my first year so I am über excited. Are you guys doing badges and a group photo this year? Hope to meet as many of the CH as possible.

I know I havn't been around much lately, and in truth it has ben an awful year. A story I will tell at the fest or here if anyone wants to know. But as far at this weekend goes, I was all set to go as some freinds of mine offered to share thier room, and even though I havn't gotten much painting done this year I do have a few kits I have managed to muddle through. Then Thursday I sprained my left ankle a bit, and followed up on Friday by tearing some muscles in the back of my right knee. Both are healing hopefully enough for me to make it to the show. while I won't have money I am looking forward to seeing many of you again, and perhaps getting some of my enthusiasm back.
There are images I need to complete my own reality

May you always be happy............and your enemies know it.

I'm in total Wonderfest Panic Mode! I've about 90% ready, but still have a few more things to do, I'll probably be pulling a late night tonight getting my displays packed, and loading up the U-Haul, so I can get an early start in the morning. Already set my Tom Tom and it's a 15 hours drive.

Last year I pulled an all-nighter the day before I left for Louisville so that I could finish lighting Charge! for the display table. Then the airline lost my luggage. I was exhausted when I got to the hotel and slept for six hours. This year I don't have to do that, thank God, so I'll be ready for action as soon as the plane hits the tarmac.

I just have to figure out how to get my photo rig from here to Looeyville without spending a gazillion dollars for excess baggage!
