Saints-Panthers was a great game and I do agree that I think the Saints will make it to the SB this year....

The end is nigh, and soon the funny memes will be all about nursing homes and how the Browns are the Partiots' daddy.

We beat the Titans behind DW4 to the tune of 50 points. No way they were going into Foxboro and pulling one out.

But that Jacksonville D, oooooooh....

I seriously doubt that the Jaggy-whyers have any fear WHATSOEVER of going into Foxborough - and don't think that Tom Coughlin hasn't punked Belli-cheat when it most mattered. Talk down of them at your own peril.

And the Iggles are underdogs this weekend. Don't get it. Hopefully will be as entertaining as last night's contest.

Heartbroke for the Saints fans, though. That cornerback totally whiffed on Diggs. Totally.

Would rather lose the way the Panthers lost last week than the way the Saints lost yesterday. Eeeeeech.

I'm a Dolphins fan but have lived in the Dakota's my whole life so all of my family and nearly all of my friends have been Vikings fans their whole lives (including my wife and all of our kids). The Vikes were WAY overdue to finally be on the right side of a soul crushing loss for once. Everybody knows about the 0-4 in Superbowls but there is also the original "Hail Mary" in '75 Staubach to Drew Pearson that knocked out Bud Grant's best team (Paul Krause was a terrible free safety, Ronnie Lott would have blasted Pearson out of bounds at the 2 but Krause just jumped over Nate Wright on the ground and looked like a putz). The Gary Anderson missed field goal in 98. First Field Goal he missed the entire season. Blair Walsh missing a 25 yarder as time expired in 2015. And on and on.

I think the Jags go into Foxboro with house money and play loose, aggressive defense--and we all know how #12 is under pressure (refer to the 2 SB losses to the NY Giants).

As for my Eagles, 3.5 point dogs is perfect; right where we want to be, and I expect we'll see a lot of dog masks in the stadium next Sunday. Everyone has been overlooking our front 4 defensive rotation strength all year, so if those guys can ratchet it up, it'll be interesting. Predicting a low scoring, grinder for this one.

Case Keenum graduated from my alma mater (University of Houston) and tore UP the NCAA record book (those records still stand today, btw) so I'm pulling for the Vikes to play 52 in their home stadium. He is SUCH a good dude.

Marcus Williams whiffed because he was trying to avoid a flag for PI.

I won't bet against Brady, but I'm telling you, that Jags defense....

Yep... that Jag D is scary!! And the respect flag for Coughlin is ALWAYS
flown at full mast around this household!! :)

Yeah, felt bad for Williams... and agree... he was afraid to get a PI and should have
just stood there and waited for the ball to arrive, then wrap him up. Hope he recovers
from this!

Haven't seen enuff Minn games to know enuff. Did think they could win, but didn't think
it would be in that way. Da football gawds were watching that game!!

Have seen enuff Philly games to appreciate their D as well. They have looked good all
year and was sorry to see Wentz go down. Not sure Foley can do it, but then, it wouldn't
be the 1st time it's been done.

Should be a great Sunday! Best of luck to all!

Lot of talk this wk about the Jag D...

but what does one think when you see that the Titans beat
them twice this year... Jets & Rams, too?!? even Jimmy G beat
um!?!!

did beat the Seahawks, thou... but also the Colts, Bills, Texans?

most talking heads are telling me over & over that this is a "Quad-triple-bye" week
and we're gonna smoke um as bad as we did Tenn. (man, that kinda talk
scares the crap outta me!!)

I'll just leave this here:

1) Eagles had the best time of possession record in the NFL this year
2) Eagles had the most QB pressures in the NFL this year
3) Eagles had the #1 run defense in the NFL this year

Also, going into any Playoff season, I always note who the QB's are and which ones
might impede on Tom's 5 rings. So once we got down to the NFC/AFC championship game,
and the other 4 QB's all had 0 rings, I was pretty happy. So if the Pats do lose, no one else
gets closer to my boy.

Now truth be told, I'd rather lose a playoff game than a SB. No one remembers playoff loses...
but everyone always remembers SB loses. But am I happier than Rotondi in a pepperoni factory to
be in the final game!! Heeeeeeeell yeah!!

I have to give the QB match up in this one to Foles. Nick Foles has been NFC player of the week before. Tom Brady has never been NFC player of the week. Nick Foles only has one playoff loss in his career. Tom Brady has 9 playoff losses. Also Tom Brady has never even beaten Cleveland in a playoff game. Let that sink in.
