concept and sculpt, Samurai Hell

Was planning to sculpt this for a long time, but never have a sketch i am happy with.
Finally the day came, i did the sketch on paper and it is the feel i wanted.
The idea & concept was Hellboy holding a Samurai Demon Mask, unveil that underneath the mask he is the real deal
This is part of a diorama, he is facing a bunch of enemies, which i will sculpt them one by one.
This is a quick clay sketch, i can't wait to sculpt him in a more "permanent" medium like S.Sculpey.
Can't help to add a bit detail to the face, old habit..
