Shipping from UK?

#1 Post by motherhen »

Looking to buy some of the cool kits I see from across the pond but the shipping rates seem HUUUGE when I use the USPS calculator. Are the costs really that much?

1/6 figure, ~3lbs: $100.00?

Do you have an alternative way to ship?
It's not that I think stupidity should be punishable by death.

I just think we should take the warning labels off of everything and let the problem take care of itself.

Shipping to and from the UK can be expensive. I don't think it is quite that high however (more in the $50-60 range has been my experience). You should check with the individual producer as each will have his/her preferred carrier.
