Bad end to a good trip

#1 Post by starmanmm »

Still in London. .... was suppose to have returned this morning but even though I had 45 minutes before my flight left British Airways told me no... so since 10:35mm (now it's around 4:34pm now).... still no ticket or any idea when I'm getting home.

I did get to see some great concerts and visited some cool historical sites....but to be standing here all day at Heathrow. ... wondering when I'll be going home. ... well sucks right now.

Now I'm hearing that BA has a bad rep for this #$#$#$#. It's Sunday now and I may not get home until Tuesday. ... unless I book with another airline but that will cost over a $1,000

Sorry to hear they put a damper on what should be many fond memories. Hope they get it straightened out soon, best of luck.

Yeah... finally worked out. On Monday, I was able to get an earlier flight back to Boston, just in time for the Snow!
But, can't pass on the memories of the trip!

Still all good.
