Very nice job!
I think it's very original how you painted the "lip" area different from the other skin color.
I don't think I've seen that before, I like it.

Thanks Kev! I noticed it when I was looking at some photo refs of the V-rex on the Peter Jackson movie and thought it looked pretty good, I went a little redder to get more of a "fleshy" look.
