Naah, that's an official AMT (yes AMT) resin kit.
Dirty Donny's Pinball Punk.
Bought at my local comics store after placing the order for it through the PREVIEWS catalogue.

Still available here: https://www.autoworldstore.com/product_p/amt997.htm and everywhere else, I presume.

I just spent 4 days at the INTERMODELLBAU trying to tell me the exact same thing.
Result: 1 1/24 scale boat and two cars.

So I won't be of much assistance in the "Don't need another model"-department.
