Just looking at the image on the box, all the PE on this kit intimidated me for the longest. It's the now OOP The 3 Stooges Models' kit. The PE was actually pretty easy to assemble, and it's in a surprisingly few parts.
Kind of odd that after the kit was finished, it looked surprisingly ... empty. It begged for additional scratch building. My trouble started when looking up images - it turns out that there were 4 different "models", and each model had at least 4 different variations. So I decided that I would forgo 100% accuracy, and do the best I could.
Anyway thanks for looking -
The project flew at Edwards AFb, so I copied the area for a little base-

{strangely the black doesn't stick out in real life like it does in the pic)
Thanks for looking.

Wow, that's great! Where in the world did you get a kit of the 'Flying Bedstead'? I've never seen this kit. You said "3 Stooges kit", is that an actual company? Yep, the are all sort of fine little extras you could go crazy with. Every time they flew that crazy thing the tried to figure out how to actually make it safe to fly. Just ask Armstrong! You did a really good job of it Kev.
Talk about PE, I've got LV Studios LC-14 kit for the Revell 1/110 EVERYTHING IS GO. It's nothing but PE! But it sure looks great built. I'm pretty good with PE but this is pretty intimidating. I've been studying this build today in fact.

I've had this a while and kinda forget the backstory now. But besides here I also hang out at the Yahoo Real Space Modelers. I'm guessing I heard it there. As far as getting it, the box illustration also contained the logo for the IPMS Nats when it was in Colorado. Tag Team was carrying it, so I either got it via mailfrom them, or from Tag Team at the Nats.
I don't know if 3 Stooges Models is a "regular GK Co.", or a couple of guys that had this idea, did two editions of it, and then that was that. I really haven't heard of them doing anything else.

Well you doing the best you could turned out pretty damn good to be honest! With my failing peepers, it would take something for me to work in that scale. Sharp work!

Oh yeah, almost nothing gets done on my work table with my Opti-visors.
What made it easy, and I forgot to mention, was I used different sizes of lead wire for the wiring and plumbing. It was almost too easy to bend.

You're correct Kev. Three Stooges Productions designed the kit for the 2013 IPMS Nationals in Colorado. We had Paul at Paragrafix do the PE and BTTG Models/JPG Productions cast the resin. After 5 runs of the kit we've exceeded our expectations.
There's been a lot of renewed interest in this kit due to your outstanding build and after talking to the other two Stooges we're in the initial planning stages to do another run of 32 kits. Stand by for more details!
Again, fantastic build!

Hey Rob,
Thanks for the kind words. I'll be standing by for my finder's fees.

Haha Just kidding.

I hope you sell all the next batch, plus 500 more!
Thanks again.
Edit: Just remembered - - I was asked by Rob S. over at Yahoo Space Modelers if I had anything as a talk for our space seminar at the IPMS Show. While I'm not able to make it this year (I hope to be getting a hip transplant) but I told him I built your LLRV and would do a Power Point of the build for him to give for me. Don't know if you want to make a few extra for the Tag Team table, there could be interest there too. Just sayin'. You know the business better than I...
