Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman

#1 Post by derekc62 »

Here's Mike Hill's sculpt of Michelle Pfeiffer from Batman Returns as Selina Kyle - Catwoman.

The bust was produced for Shapeshifters as a (more or less) 1-1 scale hollow resin piece.

I tried to add some color to all that black with some iridescent blue to give it a look of midnight.

I've only seen one of these finished that looked like Michelle Pfeiffer. Not sure how successful I was. I've been staring at it for the better part of two months and have lost all perspective... :D

I think it looks like her. I don't envy doing 1:1 scale eyes though.
Eyes are not fun.

You'd be surprised at how much easier they are when they're life sized :)
