G-Fest 2006 model show photos
Hey Kaiju fans!
I’m just now getting a chance to post some pictures from G-Fest XIII which was held last weekend in Chicago. Most of these are from the model contest. I also have some pictures of Bill Gudmundson’s amazing models as well as Mike Wallace’s awesome Kaiju dioramas. These two guys – along with Stan Hyde gave some great presentations on model building, painting, dioramas and sculpting.
Sorry, some of the pictures came out kind of fuzzy. I was in a hurry because I waited too late to get pictures and many people were packing up their kits at the end of the show.

Anyway,
Enoy!

That was delightful. Thanks for taking pics. It makes it for those of us who couldn't.

Hey Steve, madmodeler wrote:Is there a website for g-fest?........I did'nt know there was one last weekend........how can I be informed for next time?........thanks......steve
Yep, there is a website for G-Fest. Here it is:
http://www.g-fan.com/
Then go to the G-Fest page.
G-Fest is a very family oriented show. Lots of things for children to do but adults can still do their thing as well. I think most anyone would enjoy it.

Very nice my man. You can't go wrong with those Billiken kits. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your Kaiju models next year.Zombiezilla wrote:ARGH! I pulled mine out of there before you got your shots! Luckily though a buddy took some, along with John getting a picture of it!

Thank you! I love the Billikens. I wish they would do a kit for every suit, as they are affordable and they look really good. But I am hoping to have one of all the G Billikens before next year.
