Formation Designs Logan

#1 Post by Megatron »

Hi Everyone,

Well I finally finished this great kit :D , there are some step by step pics here. The pose makes painting and assembling it a little tricky, but I got there in the end.

More pics as always on my site: http://www.gothamcity.org.uk/

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!

Damn Ben! Radical scupted kit, and one hell of a paint-sling buddy! :2guns:

One question? Is he supposed to be sans-eybrows?

Great job! 8)

Very nice work on him. Like the skin tone and shading on the jeans.

For the brows, try a artist pencil. That should work.. If not it looks just fine as is.

Thanks - it's a good question - they weren't sculpted on the face and when I tried to paint some on it looked just terrible and he looked a bit like a ladyboy. Maybe he just plucks alot... :D I might try again though, it has been bugging me!

Great idea Tom. Id try drawing them on "Bushy" instead of just a thin line. A pencil would be perfect to get the look your after and then some paint. A blend of black with your brown would really make it 'Pop!' 8)

so then - "browgate" is done!!
Followed Tom's suggestion and pencilled them in - after a bit of trial and error went with a less is more type thing - and pics retaken.

For your consideration :D

Good to see you finishing something Ben. That's the best paint up of this kit so far. Excellent work.
