My greatest work yet - and why I've not been here much!

I realised I've not touched any sculpting implements for over a year (other than to move them out of the way) and then realised how long I'd not been on the site for either.

For anyone who noticed I was missing here's my excuse. Stupidly now he's more mobile I might be able to start sculpting again as I've been forced to start tiding my stuff up and fencing off areas of the house, but we'll see!

Congrats on the little one. I've got one only a few weeks away. It'll be interesting to see what happens to productivity after she arrives. I imagine it's going to take a significant hit.

It comes back after just a couple of years, fellas... enjoy the parenthood. It's the best (and sometimes most heartbreaking) job you'll ever have.

I was just going through some old posts the other day and found myself wondering were the wiz went.

Yeah, enjoy the daddy part of it while you can. I'm off work today, so I took the munchkins out for a picnic and then sprayed them with the garden hose.

Yeah it's certainly an adventure, I'm enjoying as much of it as I can (apart from the lack of sleep).

Alfred, congrats big time on the upcoming new arrival, but I said excuse for a reason, yeah I'm tired all the time and have much less time for myself, but I'm pretty sure there's a few hours here and there in the last 10 months which when added up could have been a few sculpts instead of a few ps3 trophies. and as it took you about a week to finish your dr horrible, and mines still ongoing from about jan/feb 2009 I think you'll do ok .

Adam, I had two female incursions one in 97 and another on 2001 and I didnt pick up a brush for about 6 years but now I am getting to the point where the 13 yr old wants to learn to airbrush so the lion king was right about the circle of life.

Great news Hawkey, I'm hoping when the boy gets a little bigger (ie stops trying to eat everything) I might be able to encourage him into sculpture via play-dough etc.
