Supposedly there were 3 kits in this series. This one, undersea and dinosaurs. I've seen the first two but not the third. Was it ever issued?
Great job btw.
Great job Ken!
The metallics you're using are absolutely out-of-this-world (hate to use such a trite pun, but if the space shoe fits...).
Fabulous paint Job! Stella's hair is particularly lifelike.
Nice paint job! Getting clean lines between a girlie figure's flesh and whatever she's wearing is one of the great painting challenges in modeling. You've met that challenge superbly.
Since no description was provided with this submission, relying on research produced only a Kinto soft vinyl toy as a result. The Gallery is striving to maintain a factual record of model kits as opposed to the old Model Museum.
Actually this is a prepainted solid resin figure that I fixed and touched up with some brighter colors.
Would love to see a closeup of Franky's face sometime, Dave.
Beautiful job that just goes to show how much one can do out of the box, without all the bells and whistles.
I know the helmet seam bothered a lot of modelers when the kit was reissued. But when handled as well as you have, the seam doesn't detract from the model at all, IMHO.
