CLUBHOUSE BUYER / SELLER PROTECTION PLAN
In an effort to reduce fraud, disappointment, and to further the Clubhouse as a "safe" environment,
the staff at the Clubhouse will test the "Buyer Protection Plan".
The rules are as follows:

Buyer:

1. After deciding to make a purchase from a MEMBER of the Clubhouse, contact the
Seller and inform him that you are going to take advantage of the "Buyer Protection Plan".
Confirm your price and shipping arrangements. Include in your agreement, as to who pays
additional shipping if the item is not as described or damaged.

2. Notify one the Moderators that you will be availing yourself of this service.
PRIOR TO SENDING ANY PAYMENT Include ALL the information regarding the transaction,
i.e., terms, payment method, shipping method, names, and addresses in an email. 

3. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL NOTIFIED BY THE MODERATOR.

4. After being notified to Send Payment remit it TO THE MODERATOR. Money Orders should
be sent within an OPEN envelope to confirm that it is in the correct amount (per the terms
agreed upon) and the envelope should be addressed to the Seller with the CORRECT POSTAGE.
If PayPal is the preferred method see below.

5. After receiving the item in satisfactory condition or if a problem occurs NOTIFY THE MODERATOR IMMEDIATELY.

Seller:

1.  After being notified by a Moderator that the Buyer will be using the "Protection Plan"
examine the terms and specifics of the transaction (sent by the Buyer). If you agree, reply
to the Moderator's email that the terms are satisfactory. If any particulars are left out, such as,
the condition of the item to be sent, NOTIFY THE MODERATOR IMMEDIATELY.

2. All items must be shipped with a CONFIRMATION and a tracking number is to be sent to the Moderator.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Following the notification from the Buyer (stated above), the Moderator will notify the seller
and confirm the transaction by email.

2. If the Seller agrees to the terms of the transaction, the Moderator will notify the Buyer to send payment (stated above) to the Moderator. If payment has NOT been received by the Moderator,
within 14 days, the Seller will be notified to CANCEL the transaction.

3. After being notified that the item was received in satisfactory condition the Moderator will
send the payment to the Seller.

4. If the Buyer has NOT received the item as described within 14 days, the Moderator will notify
the seller that he has an additional 7 days to rectify the situation.

5. If after 21 days (TOTAL) the situation has not been rectified the following will occur:
(A.) No item received by the Buyer: The payment will be mailed back to the Buyer using the additional postage that was originally sent.
(B.) An inferior item was received by the Buyer: The Buyer will ship the item back to the seller
upon the terms in the original agreement.

PayPal
If the Buyer, Seller , and Moderator agree to accept PayPal, then the Buyer must include the
PayPal charges in the payment to the Moderator.  It is incumbent upon the parties to agree
is responsible for these charges, since they will be deducted, by the Moderator, from the
amount sent to the Seller.

The Buyer and Seller agree to reimburse the Moderator for any out of pocket costs that might
be unseen at the time of transactions.  They must also agree NOT to hold the Moderator or the Clubhouse responsible for circumstances beyond our control. The Clubhouse and the
Moderators will not be held responsible for any mishaps that occur during any transaction.

The Clubhouse DOES NOT recommend that this Protection Plan be used with a
established dealer or any of the Recommended Dealers listed with the Clubhouse.
