Re: Paint lifting with masking tape
If I must use tape I stick it to my shirt and peel it off a few times before applying to the good surface. This cuts down on the tackiness.

Re: Super glue will NOT bond vinyl parts - ACK!
It happened to me once years ago. Nothing I did worked. After talking with the producer and trying their suggestions (also failing), they sent me a replacement kit.

Re: Decision time...
Just for the record, I didn't cancel and hoped for the best. Good decision! Great to see everyone and experience the 'fest. There were a lot of regulars and friends missing which left a definite void. Understandable. Looking forward to next year!

Decision time...
Wonderfest hotel reservations required a one night payment which is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled after May 5th. That deadline is quickly approaching and a decision must be made about attending. We all hoped that, by now, things would have improved to the point that it would be safe...

I've used Aves and filled in the high side then sanded the bottom level.

Die Hard ornament
I have seen several versions of this over the years. Finally got around to building my own. Illustration board, screen captures, Photoshop, and aluminum foil. Re: Aiming an airbrush with accuracy
Those small targets still give me trouble. I usually test fire on my hand a couple times to gauge things then immediately move to the piece and hope for the best!

Re: Primer and primer colors.
I use rust color primer for a skin tone base. I feel gray gives the color a greenish cast when starting my buildup of colors. The rust shade can also pass for shadow color. Gray for everything else EXCEPT white when doing red and yellow.
