I'd leave well alone at that stage, it really looks a treat!!

The metal work and the patina aging is not too much and not so little it looks like a mistake - it looks
just right and sits perfectly with my memory of the film, I'd be over the moon if my brushes had

between Ironwind in the USA and RalPartha Europe a lot of the stuff is now getting re-issued, certainly from the main Tom Meier stable and it's not going to have risk of lead rot etc - there will always be a few collectors looking for the original issue lead content stuff but most likely looking for...
