Re: Moebius Moon Bus cargo
Bucketfoot, Squidly, through changing worded searches, I found that in 2023-4, Stargazer Models in the UK created an aftermarket set for the Moon Bus. This included great looking cargo sections. I have tried several searches to see if anyone had a set they'd like to sell. I've emailed Stargazer seve...

Re: Moebius Moon Bus cargo
Thanks for the leads, Squidly! I've seen shipmodeler's work. Not that good of a scratch builder. If there's a few small things I can try after searching your recommendations, I'll try it. I'll let you know my progress.

Moebius Moon Bus cargo
Does anyone know of any stl files out there to print a more accurate cargo equipment like you see in the movie. This would be for the 1/55 Moebius repop of the 2001 Moon Bus. Thanks

Moebius B-9 clear dome head
Wondering if anyone has an extra full 1/6 Moebius B-9 kit or the glass dome that was sold separately at one time.

Re: Aurora Superman Restoration
I agree, the yellow areas were a paint, especially touchup. Since it's supposed to be George Reeves, I painted the cape S with the red areas. Never done the chip method. Have to try that sometime. Keep us posted.

Re: Aurora Superman Restoration
I started my restoration of an 1964 kit in 2023 and had it finished by March 2024. It too was prebuilt and painted. I forgot to take a picture of it, dang. The freezer trick got the parts separated, Super Clean removed 99% of the paint and I did a lot of puttying and sanding. I was going to take it ...

Re: What did you buy at the show?
I took home the 1/72 MPC Millennium Falcon that was part of the Friday workshop to weather it. I bought a Bandai 1/72 X-Wing with the Luke and R2D2 option to go with the Falcon. From Rise 3D Builds, I pre-ordered their 1/6 kit of Jay Silverheels as Tonto. He's on his way here and then I'll start bui...

Re: How was the Crowne Plaza?
I've only been at WonderFest for the past three years so I haven't stayed there before this year (2024). This year, to get to my room, I was told to take the first elevator to the fifth floor, turn left, go down around the corridor to the next elevator and take it to the second floor. My room was to...

Re: So MANY air holes
I was near a local store, Art Supply Warehouse yesterday and picked up a small can of the Liquitex model paste. Going to start using it today. I'll let you know. Thanks
