I think I've figured out that Robert was a Clubhouse member for 20 years. His name here was plyometrics and he was occasionally active until late this summer.

Every time I see news of the passing of a member of our hobby community, I want to see it shared at the Clubhouse. In many ways, this remains for me the heart and soul of the garage-kit hobby. Dan was well-known in our community, and used to be active at the Clubhouse as dcolonna. He used to write for Amazing Figure Modeler . John was an active member of our hobby community who apparently died over the weekend, based on what I see on Facebook. He did artwork for Monarch and was known for Ripley's Believe It Or Not.

I don't know if he was ever a Clubhouse member.

News is spreading on Facebook that Dwayne died suddenly, apparently within the past day since he was posting there yesterday morning. I put my brain in a jar and watched Godzilla X Kong over the weekend. It was pretty much what I expected, fun in its way but largely forgettable. Like the films before it, I doubt I'll ever feel a desire to watch it again but I don't regret seeing it once.
