They look kind of 'cartoony' to me.
But maybe they look better on a kit?

I had only seen a bust version of this.
I thought about buying it but decided against it because I wanted a full figure.

That is an amazing paint-up!
Without going into details, everything looks perfect!!

Gotta get one and hope I can make it somewhere near as good yours.

While this may not be exactly film accurate, it's the version I like most.

Everything is subtle. Color changes blend flawlessly and everything looks natural.

This is a technique I tried many years ago.
The results were less than satisfactory.

But looking at your piece, I'm inspired to give it another shot.
Yours is truly amazing! Can't imagine it being it being any better! Great job!

I also use Pan Pastels.
But I still haven't achieved the subtly and realism you have with this piece.

I have this kit and planned the exact same technique you used for the suit.
Got appropriate sized masking tape (from Micro Mark, I think).
Haven't started it yet but I can only hope it comes out half as good as yours.
