Revell U-Wing

Finished my 1/100 Revell U-Wing. Although it's a Snap kit, with a little TLC you can get some nice results. (It's not what you start with, it's what you do with it!).











I removed the batteries and covered up the speaker grill and battery compartment. I painted it to look like the U-Wing in Star Wars Battlefront, using Model Master and ComArt acrylic paints, then AV and MIG weathering washes.

I also moved the pilots forward about 1/2 inch so you could see them in the front and side windows and painted the lower windows.

Pretty happy with the way it turned out.
