Playing Mantis Dr. Zaius 'Beneath the Planet of the Apes'

#1 Post by ILModels »

The Playing Mantis/Aurora reissue of the Addar Dr. Zaius.
Got as a quick build for me and fun many moons ago, decided to finally get stuck in because why not.

Only faffing about was to replace the moulded in detail of the boxes and rods for the Alpha/Omega missile controls on the altar thingy and light them.
The off white moulded bits got chopped of and clear 3D printed replacements sorted.
Other than that, straight build and paint.

  • 1) I believe "Twisted Sister" have a copyright on that acronym as of the early 1980's.
    2) How the heck did I miss this thread up till now? - I figure it's Twitter or Facebook messing with our forum - and you know what? . . . We're not gonna take it!

Great work as always Ian :thumb2: =D>
