Oh yeah.
I am sure there will be plenty of outtakes and deleted scenes on the disc.
It's already on my xmas list.

Purchased and watched the "Super Dooper" extended version on Blu-Ray this week...if you've done the same, be sure to watch the "post credits" scenes even if you did so in the theatre...on the "Super Dooper" extended cut they're different than the ones seen in the theatre...and watch all the way to the very end; there's 4 post credit scenes in this release.

Thanks for the heads up.
I won't be buying it though. Going to leave that for an easy xmas present for family members to get me.

The extended version is OK and worth a viewing - but having seen it . . . I'll be watching the reg version from now on. For me (and my Son) it was better paced and generally a better cut.

I've now seen the movie 5 or 6 times - STILL cracks me up - there's so much depth & frequency to the humour that I keep spotting things I haven't before - amazing work at every level by all involved.

Pure genius.

PLUS . . . bookending a movie with an emotional Celine Dion song + Pat Benatar (We Belong) & Cher (Turn Back Time) - what's not to like !!!!!! :D

Even the short TV ad for the extended version is full of fun - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdPzLVb1YP8

It was too much frenetic and hyperactive A.D.D for me I enjoyed the first one..
It really forced the jokes down ones throat..
I would just kid rot in jail.. or let cable kill him

PG-13 Deadpool  . . . SERIOUSLY! :)

  • "Once Upon a Deadpool" and will open in select theaters on December 12. The rerelease, which is three minutes shorter, will play through Christmas Eve.
Most of the "Deadpool 2" footage has been edited to meet the PG-13 thresholds of violence and language.
New footage (eight scenes) was also shot for "Once Upon a Deadpool" that will serve as a framing sequence in which Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool
reads the story to Fred Savage in the style of 1987’s The Princess Bride.

Yeah, I knew about this, but had forgotten it was coming soon.

It's actually a great bit of marketing. Get a second run and chance to bring in more $$ for little investment.
And depending on how things work out, I may just go see it.

So apparently there has been some sort of fuss in the States today regarding a large bowl and a girl who's a fast sewer or something :?: Image - not stuff that's really of interest to me, HOWEVER, it seems movie studios have decided to release a few new trailers . . .

Nothing to do with this thread but they look amazing anyways:

And the REAL highlight (and added to this thread for no reason whatsoever) . . . Deadpool 3 is set to release July 26th 2024  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJMCNJP2ipI

I swear that's William Sadler in the opening scene :)

I am trying to remain optimistic about the Deadpool movie. But with the headlines I keep seeing, it is really hard.
