for some reason ep7 didn't show up on hulu last night... had to go to FX on
demand... (blah...commercials!!!) See it's up there today.

Yeah, noted the 'how did EZ know he was gonna ask to pull over THERE??"
but I was also laughing at the big fight. A bunch of cycle guys coming to a
rumble with .... bats???! Not one gun??! No knives??! Sheesh, we weren't
the meanest kids in the neighborhood by a long shot, but even we never walked
around S. Boston w/out our switchblades and a nice firm RC Cola drink in hand!! :)

Ep8: might just be me, but the dude shooting himself was kinda a relief.
I just couldn't buy into ANY club Prospecting this guy in the first place.

Ez? Sure! But this guy? C'mon man! A biker??! Child please!

BTW, is Galindo turning into a wuss since his mom died or what?! Alvarez needs
to cap this wimp and take over the cartel! :)

think my numbering of eps is off up above... but ep10 wasn't bad.
They've had better cliff endings thou.

(spoiler)

...and if the bad guys are gonna mill about, tight in like that outside our
gate, I'd just start lobbing molitov cocktails back at um. Dodge those, mofo's!! :)

(and thought the breakup btwn EZ an' his girl was rushed! Like he would just settle
like that??!) (I get it... girlfriend was getting in the way of good club storytelling. Just like
Angel and his squeeze. But poor script writing there, I thought)

.

S03E08 - "A Mixed-up and Splendid Rescue"
    • S03E09 - "The House of Death Floats By"
        • S03E10 - "Chapter the Last, Nothing More to Write"

I've left it a few days before posting because that last episode continued the slow decline, and I needed to get over my "meh".

It's been steadily slipping into R-rated "Mayans - Days of our lives" territory.

Writing this season has been way worse than seasons 1 & 2, and I'm betting a LOT of that is down to the forced exit of Kurt Sutter.

It's been frustrating to see great characters created, then killed off for seemingly little payback story-wise, while leaving weak characters to continue to devolve in ever-nonsensical spirals.

It was renewed for a 4th season a couple of weeks back (I was genuinely surprised). I can't help wondering if that final scene was 1 of a couple of options they had filmed just in case it wasn't renewed.

The way things have gone this season I totally expect to see Bobby Ewing climb out of a shower at the start of Season 4.

hopefully you're referring to Coco here... cuz I sooooooooo wanted that idjit to OD like 8 eps ago!!!

Over the last month, I rewatched all 7 seasons of SoA. Was great reliving those storylines and characters!
