Mare of Eastwood (HBO Max)

Had been reading good things about this show after the final ep came on and
decided to ck it out.
Thought it was very good, but that there was a writing flaw on that last episode.
Anyone else watch this?

"Mare of Eastwood" huh?
Never heard of it. From the title, I immediately thought of the much-unfairly-maligned Sondra Locke (amongst dozens of others).
Then I realised you meant
"Mare of Easttown", which I ALSO hadn't heard of - but it doesn't look like my "cup-of -tea" (plus Guy Pearce tends to bug the heck out of me).
I've told you before - let the hot flushes STOP before approaching the keyboard!

wood town... whatev'ah!!
I like well written murder mysteries. (although stay away from 'Who Killed
Sara?'... watched 2 seasons and was way too soap opera'ie for me, to the point
where I didn't care who killed her, but they could kill about 5 other characters and
I wudn't bitch!

oh and I liked the Guy Pearce character alot... (had to look up the name thou)

Yep...watched it....pretty good cop show...."heart of gold", "can't put the job down", "conflicts from the past", "family issues"etc.
Very popular theme these days....strong female lead in a traditionally male world who over comes every ones biases and who has demons of her own.
NO MONSTERS!!! .....I found HACKERS to be better......good story about a female comic (Joan Rivers type).
