Tomorrow War (Prime)

#1 Post by Buc Wheat »

saw that it became available on Prime July 2nd, so watched it
last night.

Was ok. A huge amount of "but why didn't you just do it this way..." moments
after it was all over.

My boy laughed when I told him I watched it and sent me this 'pitch meeting'...

which pretty much covers every question one has quite well!

I'd say watch if for the cool monsters, but disengage the brain pan! :)

You beat me to it - watched Saturday evening - and I agree with everything (I was even going to include the same "Pitch Meeting" link  )

Pretty much garbage - plot made ZERO sense - SOOOO much stupid. And really boring in places - way too long and badly paced.

I'll file this one with the recent Godzilla vs. Kong movie and Aquaman (the folder is labelled - "Never watch again under any circumstance").

But yeah - liked the creature design - reminded me of the Moorwen from the movie "Outlander".

If you want to wash that bad taste out of your mouth, try the 1st season of "Ted Lasso" (2nd season out later this month) or the (just released) 1st season of "Clarkson's Farm" - both are GREAT fun and REALLY uplifting!
