I just got Firefly, The Complete Series on DVD. I've watched this halfway through so far and it's great fun.

And so what DVDs did you get lately?

I just remarked on another board that I happened to be doing some last minute christmas shopping at Wal-Mart and found the Disney 20, 000 Leagues under the Sea DVD for a mere $14.95! I had been putting off buying this one for quite a while - but at THAT price, I couldn't pass it up!

Kyalla Debruse wrote:Great sig/quote sean. Best line in the whole mini imho.

Havent really bought a lot for myself lately, only picked up Judge Dredd, the Battlestar Galactica Boxed set, Its a mad mad mad mad world, Freejack, and LOTR Two Towers.
Thanks! I originally had a quote from Young Frankstein, which is where my avatar is from, but when I heard that line in the new BG, I changed it to that immediately.

Did you get the expanded Two Towers? That's a great DVD. I'm halfway through the documentary section now. Good stuff.

Well After going out today for 7 hours and fighting the traffic, crowds and other stupidity! I managed to get all my X-mas shopping done and out of the way...

While I was out I rewarded myself... Seeing how I Love these two films... And I've been waiting for em' to be put out on CD forever!

The Crossing
Benedict Arnold

both are historical movies from A&E, The Crossing is incredibly well acted with "Jeff Daniels" playing George Washington during the Crossing of the Delaware.... One of the best movies based on an historical event I have ever seen! 8)

I could stop myself from buying Drop Dead Fred for $10. It's so stupid but I love it. It takes me back in time!

I picked up Dragonslayer myself not long ago... Seeing the Movie, again in this really pristine format and great sound, make it easy to get over the fact that there are no extra's...

I really love this flick! 8)

Dragonslayer has one of the most impressive-looking dragons I've seen in a movie. The dragons in Reign Of Fire are also great-looking, too.
