They just cancelled my Skynyrd show - already got the refund! Now I can attend Wonderfest that weekend.
Still have the Bachman/Cummings show in June - still on so far. St. Charles (where it is being held) reopened an May 1 so hopefully they have a plan in place by June 18.
On a side note - 6 Cardinal games in April and June I had were cancelled - already got the refunds on those too!

It's going to be a lean year for concerts I think!

.

Looks like I may still get to see "In This Moment" - but, ironically, it won't be for while . . .

    • Your Event Has Been Postponed
This is just a heads up - your tickets are still valid.

      Hi live event fan,

The event organizer still plans to hold this event, and we're currently working with them to establish a new date

Hang on to your tickets - we'll email you as soon as the new date is announced.
We understand that you might not be able to make it, so we have worked with the event organizer to make sure you have an option.
The opportunity to request a refund will be available for 30 days.
If you decide to hold on to your tickets, you will receive a new communication when the event organizer either cancels or reschedules the event.

Please note that, unless the event is cancelled at a later date, this will be the only window in which you may receive refunds. There will not be another refund window once the new date is set.

If you prefer a refund, you can request one here. We will process your refund in as soon as 30 days.

Thanks Steve.

And regarding the withdrawals . . . I've been like that for 20 years now (since we moved here) :)

Saw this posted earlier today on BW&BK . . .
    • " . . . Canadian musicians and songwriters Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings have officially moved their previously
          • scheduled US leg of their reunion tour entitled Together Again, Live in Concert to June 2021"

At least for now the Bachman/Cummings show has been rescheduled but it's June 10, 2021. Lot of things can happen in a years time............. not holding my breath.

Well my whole summer concert schedule has been wiped out, not going to purchase any tickets till show is close to happening at this point. Just about every major act coming to St. Louis at least through June or July have cancelled.

Same here.
Not buying any tickets unless the show is actually about to happen.

You bastard!

Not that I'm jealous in ANY way whatsoever.

Sure to be a great night. Hope Halestorm are headlining, but it'll be good regardless.

Tell Lzzy she still owes me that beer!

Congrats. Should be an excellent show.

Looking like my next concert won't be until next October when I go see Maiden in Columbus Ohio.

Noooo Halestorm isnt headlining this show - but I've heard they do sing together at some point in the evening. I hope so anyway. If so I'll def try to video it.

Not sure if you want to be spoiled or not, so I won't say the songs.
But Amy joins Halestorm for one, and Lzzy joins Evanescense for one.

Videos are all over youtube.

I think I'll wait and be surprised. My wife is going with me - this will be first time for her to experience Halestorm live.

I kind of thought so. When I was originally typing my post, I was adding links to the vids and a bit more description.
But, then I though, if he really wanted to know, he'd already know. It's not that hard to find videos.
So, I left it vague. Sometimes, the surprise is half the fun.

Thanks Trevor!!! The show was amazing and the 2 songs they did together was worth the whole evening for me. Halestorm got 65 minute set and Evanescense played for hour and half. A band Lilith Czar opened the show -20 minute set. She was pretty good too but wasn't familiar with her songs.
Only setback - the concert was in a venue that is a college basketball arena and acoustics weren't the very best - slight echoing off ceiling marred the vocals slightly.
No complaints though - to get to see those 2 powerhouse voices at the same time helped finish off my concert year!!

Must be something with the tour they are on.
The only show close to me (Pittsburgh) is also in a college basketball arena.
I was there a few years ago, and the acoustics were fine for a heavy lineup but yeah, I can see it messing with the two amazing voices you got to experience.

I may have spoke too soon. They just announced Alice Cooper at a smaller local venue for March. Think I am going to go. I've seen him there twice so far, and enjoyed both shows immensely. It's an old theater, and the acoustics are great!

I just saw the Alice Cooper tour post. Is Buckcherry or Ace Frehley opening for him there?
Alice's show are so much better in small venues - plus you are usually much closer to the stage in those as well.
