Yeah, lots of work.
The feedback we’ve been getting on our house is that the walls are too dark
They are medium to dark gray as my wife loves watching HGTV and really likes modern dark colors LOL
but in order to make it more appealing to the potential buyers, we’re gonna go down there and start painting some of the darker walls a lighter shade of gray
but whatever it takes to make it appealing to get it sold
That’s going to be another hassle and quite a bit of work but I guess that’s trivial in the grand scheme of things
We are both really enjoying living and working in St. Louis, it’s hard to describe how much different it is than the “cornfields” we came from
