Thank you! This is the first time I have ever posted any pictures of my work. I have a few more of Achilles taken from different angles.

Thank you very much!

I like the film "Troy" very much and was impressed with the depiction of Achilles. He clearly has superhuman and supernatural abilities, but it is pretty subtle. Arrows don't bounce off of him like Superman, they just hit everybody but him which is a different take on his invulnerability. The Predator would have been mystified that none of his weapons connected. I had the javelin embedded in the Predator because per the film Achilles could launch that weapon astonishingly far with total accuracy. I figured Achilles would probably use that as his combat opener.

He is running up to finish the Predator off like he did with the giant warrior in the "battle of champions" scene in the film. Ironically, I believe the Greeks and Trojans would have considered the invisible, semi-invisible actions of the Predator as the actions of the Gods who interfered a great deal throughout the war.

Very, VERY cool. I figured out the 'backstory' of the scene before I read your description. Way to go in creating the sense of motion - first, the Predator staggering backwards, off-balance, secondly, Achilles rushing forward to finish it ...

I love your back story on your inspiration for the build - that really adds to the scene. Very cool.

Thank you. I am glad you like it. I enjoy making dioramas because they are a form of storytelling.
