Hey guys
just finished up painting this catman conversion from a bowen daredevil statue. the conversion sculpting was done by chad tucker...it was then sent home to me to do all the paints.
he is another addition to my gotham city collection im putting together.
i went with catmans orange and red costume...the orange has burnt sienna shadows and the red has dark redish brown shadows...{that do not show up in the pics}

Really nice work on all fronts. The colors pop, but don't read too loud and crazy (it is red and orange for crying out loud!). It is really nicely done, without losing the comic book feel.
Did you use acrylics all the way through, or did you use some oils and/or pastels?

ty jason i use acryics (vallejos americana and delta ceramacote...and for the shadows i used chalk pastels) then all sealed with testors dull coat
