Hah, well, you know I don’t care much for the painting phase, so I have to do some bashing in between paint sessions.

Continuing to slim down body.
Plan to sculpt new forearms and claws to be much less turtle like, longer and more tapered at the wrists.

Thank you Scott! I sincerely appreciate you allowing me to acquire this second kit from you.

Yeah, I was thinking along those same lines for sure.
I ordered a 3d printed Godzilla kit which I hope that I can use the head for this bash, so I do not have to sculpt a new head with open mouth.
As It would be very difficult (impossible?) for me to sculpt the tiny teeth for an open mouth.

I have another change idea which would be totally fantastic , but I have to do some research first to see if I think I can pull it off….

Can't tell if you are enhancing the texture scales or slicing them off in that last photo? :-k

I cut them off to slim the tail down.
I will add scales and texture back on but with a much slimmer profile.

About time for an update ... did you think you could take a few days off? You got us twitching with withdrawal symptoms ...

Very nice work - I have to say I like the idea of the Big G head. (Now THAT ONE is too small for you to 'bash into something else! :rolf: )

P.S. I'm gonna go see Godzilla Minus One for the third time tomorrow. (Haven't done that for a movie since the first "Avatar" hit the screens in 2009 when my kids were still little) ....

I would try to make head a bit bigger to match the arms size..
Which mean's you have to make the neck a somewhat shorter..

Thank you for the suggestion scuzz.
I just ordered 2 more different larger size 3d printed Zilla heads to possibly replace the current head.
But I have to be careful , because if I go too large with the head , it will make the overall size look much smaller in scale.
I.e. instead of appearing “whale sized”, if I replace the head with one that is too large, then the critter will be reduced to “shark sized”.
I want to maintain the original leviathan size scale feel to this creature.
If you look at the original kit, the head size is even smaller in relation to the body as I significantly slimmed down the body.
