It’s not really model kit related. It’s more industry type booths. It would be worth a look if you’re going to be in the LA area.

There are actually a fair number of kits there - more than I expected, but the real draw is all the artistry on display in a variety of formats. Really inspiring, and worth seeing IMO.
The things you own end up owning you. It's only after you lose everything that you're free to do anything.

I had amazing luck at MP for the last several years. Until 2017 and the crowd seemed to change and they certainly where buying less. It appeared to me most folks where there to see the movie stars and get stuff signed. I have no issues with that but it did nothing for my business. I really like MP and the great folks I would see and meet but cannot justify any longer. If you have not been to MP it is worth the trip the Monster Museum is always a blast. And cosplay at its finest to be sure. Make sure you hit the spring show at the convention center.
