Where is it going to be next year? I heard that it would be the week after 4th of July next year, as in July 9-11, 2010. Is that right?

That Polar lights Rodan impressed me! Great job on that.

it will be one week later next year and the location while different is really less than 10 minutes from this year's spot...

i got hooked up by several people who went to the adjacent hotel for food (really nice breakfast buffet for $12 compared to crown's coffee & bagel for $9  )...WAY BETTER FOOD, WAY BETTER PRICES!

one of these days, maybe we'll get bill, jason, phil, max and some of the other chi-town CHers to attend...
John, I used to attend G-Fest (I was there for the first one and many more after that) but the schedule they have for it now, right on top of the 4th of July, makes attending difficult (it was bad enough with Wonderfest on Memorial Day weekend). I just grew out of the habit.
It is frustrating. The Picwick Theater, where they play a lot of their big screen movies (this year was GMK?) is only a couple of miles from my house. Maybe next year...
