Someone on F.B. pointed out the implied smoking thing. All I can say is that it's true to form. I know he would have loved this. More than likely he would say he doesn't deserve it. Actually I know that's what he'd say. But to me it has a "Monster Mag" cover look. Something he was a HUGE fan of.
He was also very outspoken towards the end about urging younger artists to adhere more closely to the safety measures. So if it makes you think about that I don't think he would have minded. Ray used to constantly point out little nods people did for other people. He had a huge respect for that type of thing. He would've been beaming. :)

Yeah it's absolutely him. He's cradling a mask he sculpted 20 years ago called 'Frightmare'. I do sort of wish they had added his name, but they explained it on their website and FB.

One of many lasting and honorable tributes. I wish I had known his history, I never realized how influentual and how multitalented he was.
