Transparent Resine : How To

#1 Post by puntapret »

Hello Guys,

I just received a broken statue. The problem it's transparent yellow. I believe it's impossible to repair it, since it's transparent, and the glue will always be visible.

Are there any technic to simulate the glued area ?

What do you use for a transparent putty ?

Thanks in advance

There are actually glues that dry clear, like 5-minute epoxy. Be sure to get the one that both halves are clear. I use it all the time and it dries clear and stays clear.
