New Base Part For The Forgotten Prisoner

#1 Post by Night-Owl »

Greetings! Been working on a new base piece for the FP. I wanted something a bit thicker than the kit piece. I started it yesterday and it's currently in the RTV so it's one of my quicker projects. Questions and comments always welcomed.

Very nice - that added thickness really makes a big difference.

Rick,
Makes it more like the earlier Aurora bases. The only pointer I could suggest is if you could move the name plate and incorporate it into the base then it would be exactly the way Aurora (in my opinion) SHOULD have done the base. I never liked that tiny name plate on the wall. Whatever you decide, it's a huge improvement!!!

Thanks guys! The base is molded and cast so can't make any changes there, but it'd be easy enough to move the plate onto the base and fix it up with some Aves.
