Black Heart's Wolf Man - wall hanger

#1 Post by Nalissa2 »

Hello everyone,

This is my latest finished bust. Black Heart's Wolf Man.
I started him at the Resintopia2 painting class but decided to modify him since I saw Jeff and Gordon's collaboration during the class. They both painted one half, one in color, the other in B&W.
Since they both looked awesome, I felt I'd give it a try with the intent that Larry was horrified that he was being "colorized.."

Hope you like it and thanks for looking. :D

Very cool, Susan!
Really nice effect separating the two.
Since most of us painted the wall hanger in color it's nice to see the B & W version.
And your B&W work is great.

Susan, you totally jammed on this paint up! I love the angular division in the color schemes, especially the blending from one to the other.
I love it! I hope to check it out in person someday.

Thank you Derek, Vger, David, Gordon, DC, Chris, Tom, Paul, Jason, Peter, 41wolfman, Tim and John D.

Glad you guys appreciate what I tried to do. :D I figured I was on to something when the only comment I got at home was; "My goodness, he's so ugly!!"

Gordon: Thanks again for being such a cool instructor.

You are more than welcome, Susan. It took me a long time to realize the truth in that little statement.
Now, when you hear me saying that, is it in my awesome Obi Wan voice

Keep up the great work!!
