Re: Jane, the Tarzan girl
Awesome !!! Great contrast between character and base . Everything else is just spectacular .
Re: Jane, the Tarzan girl
A phenomenal build. Gorgeous flesh tones and the bikini is stunning. The base is magnificent! The tree looks so realistic.
A sensational build.

Beautifully done! The skin tone and all your realistic rendering of the smallest details really put this in the Gold Category.

Stunningly BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The Jungle Girl sculpt is so spectacular and every time I see a build up like this one, makes me hope mine (when finished) will be just as pleasing to the eye. You did a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Jane, the Tarzan girl
Thank you guys
It was such a pleasure to work on this wonderful sculpt. I do have another cast of this girl just for myself (this was a commission piece) and I already playing with some different colors for her in my head. What do you think about dark skin and white hair and maybe some tribal tattoos?

I didn't take any pictures on the hair progress, but I can run very quickly on how I did it.
First I painted the base color, which was just light yellow ( don't remember the names of the paints, sorry >_<)
next I did a darker brown wash over all hair surface.
then I did a dry brush with white.
after that I did some blending with transparent brownish colors. I used 2-3 different shades.
I always blend my colors after dry-brushing, otherwise it looks too harsh for my taste
Oh and I do seal the paint between each layer.
Hopefully this helps.

Re: Jane, the Tarzan girl
Exceptional build up! I love it!
The way you´ve used the tree branches as roots is really clever.
The guy who´ll receive this kit will be one happy costumer, for sure.
Thank you for doing such a beautiful job on my kit!
Cheers,
