Sis had a tiny cancer removed from the bridge of her nose, the operation left a not too obvious Bob Hope type ski slope profile. Its really hardly noticeable as a scar, very symmetrical and more the appearance of having had a very bad sunburn that peeled. Only when looking at it from the side can to see that some tissue is missing.
We were extremely lucky, her doctor only noticed the near microscopic beginnings of the tumor by accident and they caught it before it got a chance to spread. They used a sort of Laser scalpel that shaved a few thousandths of an inch at a time, testing each slice till they determined they had gotten it all.
Is there any sort of putty or something of the sort she could use to build up the area by perhaps 1/8" at the most in the center tapering to the edges?
Any other ideas about disguising the scar?

Re: Advice on makeup to cover surgical scaring.
I had a similar procedure for a similar condition on the side of my nose (IIRC the procedure is referred to as MOHS surgery or something like that)...initially I had a pretty notable divet on the side of my nose, but within about 6 weeks it had pretty much filled in and now (2 years later) it's totally un-noticeable.
As an aside; based on my gender and age, I thought of the initial scar as just adding character and really didn't care about it.

I figure the lost tissue will regenerate in a fairly short time. The surgery was done earlier this year so it hasn't been that long yet.

You can find makeup under scar and burn makeup
