WIP - Lars Bundlestick

Reasonably happy with this so far but trying to decide if jewellery and hair would add something

Being he's old a little scraggly hair would look good. And maybe a little bling made from forrest goodies? Even w/o he looks mighty good!

Thanks, Carl. I tried some eyebrows today but I'll have to see how well they look when the Matte Medium dries.
Talk about fiddly! I wonder if I should try gluing the hair onto tissue paper = like a sort of wig mesh . . .

Wow, that looks great. I like the amount of color you used in his skin. Great depth to the mouth too.

All finished!

dechirico7 and Chuck - thanks for the feedback. This has been a fun project altogether. A lot of the texture ideas came from Jordu Schell = I really recommend the tutorial on the Stan Winston site because he's a funny guy and he makes it look easy.

He's amazing. I love the hair - but you forgot the hair coming out of his ears and nose, lol ;-)

I'm not sold on the necklace though, sorry. Maybe something more 'natural' and smaller.

Thanks! There is hair in his ears but I thought the nose might be overdoing it a bit. I still haven't quite cracked working with hair, it's a struggle getting it to behave.

The pendant was the best thing I had in my bits and bobs box but I might find something better in due course

Here's the second of my Jordu Schell busts: Supreme Intelligence.

Still a WIP. I airbrushed the skin textures today- now to do the shading and the eyes.
