These are flattish, like a steeping stone. I sculpted it as a partial. I reinforced the concrete with mesh, but wanted to see how they survived over a season before thinking about marketing them (these were designed to fit in a USPS small flat rate box to make them shippable).
I did a bunch of concrete zombie stuff but decided it was too much of a hassle in material and weight compared to just running resin. Plus online selling would be out of control with shipping, etc. So needless to say there's a whole lotta zombies scattered around my deck and yard. Some getting a nice mossy covering now.
About 20 years ago some neighborhood kids told me they had found a dead body in a wooded vacant lot.
I checked it out and saw what looked like a bloated decomposed corpse dug up by animals with one arm sticking up out of the soil. On closer examination it turned out to be a very large plastic brontosaurus toy buried along with a lot of other toys the colors of the plastic degraded by the sun to a sickly weird shade. The arm was its long neck.
