Moebius Models Death Dealer

#1 Post by dmorrissette »

Greetings:

Always loved the painting. Kit was a lot of fitting and sanding but it looks the part of the painting. Comments always welcome

Very nice, especially the bloody axe and the carnage on the ground! I have this kit in the stash, did you find the fit a bit of a challenge?
If you could highlight any points to watch out for during the build, that would be great!

Cheers,
Paul

Nice work. I'm glad you posted some close-ups. I missed all the nice shading you did on the horse in the first pic, but that last one highlights it nicely. Which is a testament at how well you did it, that it isn't obvious until you get really close to it.

The metal work is great too. I can only hope to dream of being that precise with my painting at this point.

Thanks.

As far as the build. The horse took a lot of fitting and sanding to get rid of the seams. Same for the Dealers legs. Patience, sand paper and putty will work it out.

Thanks for comments on the horse. First time for one of those. Still need to take better photos

Superb! The horse armor is gorgeous. Well done!
