Bull Demon King

#1 Post by modellierer »

Bull Demon King from Manomodels.

A few years ago a young group of chinese sculptors (now http://www.manasworkshop.com/) produced very fine resin kits. This was sculpted by Iceberg as a companion piece to his Monkey King. Scale is 1 : 6. This is number 19 of 30.

Very impressive !

How long did it take you to do the painting given all those different and very detailed sections ?

Thank you for your kind remarks. The paint job took a lot of hours of work with fine brushes and a lot of thin washes. But that‘s what I like about this hobby. To go slowly step by step to the result I had in mind. :D

Beautiful work.

First one i've seen painted, stunningly detailed sculpt and 1st class paintwork. I've one of these sat waiting to ship to a member of the Clubhouse, it's a heavy chunk of art.
