Super Tiny Terror Nosferatu

#1 Post by tay666 »

Another Mad Lab Models super tiny terror done.
I love these little gems from Mike Parks. Sadly, this is the last one I have as of right now.

This one wasn't quite as much fun as the others I have done, but it was still cool.

These tiny works always amaze me with the patience and eyesight it takes to complete, but to be honest I am really starting to fixate on you BIC collection :)
Eat the slow. The fast are a waste of time.

Now that is funny

In some ways these little kits are actually easier. Less details to paint, much smaller area to worry about painting.
Sure, there are others with lots of little things to deal with that can be challenging.

Honestly, the hardest thing to paint on something this size, is eyebrows. Trying to make them visible, without being too big is really tough sometimes.

They look great. My favorite tool for eyes/eyebrows is colored pencils.
Gotta get good ones though... I use Faber Castell.

Great tip.
Didn't even think of that, and I have a set somewhere.
I've used watercolors and pastels in the past, but the problem with that, is if I don't have them out for something else, I kind of forget about them.
