Running Robot finished
At Wonderfest last year, I bought this cute model of a sprinting robot. He was missing a leg, so I contacted the sculptor, Eric Askue, and he sent me an STL file, which a friend was kind enough to print out for me.
Parts all in hand, it didn't take much to get him together, and, after the usual sort of issues, I got to painting: A base coat of Citadel Chaos Black, and then Vallejo metallics brushed over that.
I also felt he needed a hat, so I built one out of a florists' vase and some lead foil.
Aaaaaaand pics:

That's pretty cool.
I agree, the hat completes it.
Also like the shape of the base.

Hat was a masterstroke! (Am I the only one this figure reminds of one of the spies from the Mad "Spy vs Spy" comic?)

Very cool.

What a cool piece, executed nicely.

Re: Running Robot finished
Does anyone know if this kit is available anywhere? Thanks
Re: Running Robot finished
I suggest you contact Eric Askue, who owns the digital file. https://www.facebook.com/eric.askue/LilMonster wrote: ↑June 9th, 2023, 7:10 am Does anyone know if this kit is available anywhere? Thanks
