Dynamic Menace Godaiju Bust

Here is a bust I made from the Dynamic Menace 2 foot tall Godaiju kit. It was too big for me to display, so I sold the kit except for this head option. Sculpted via zBrush by Dope Pope. I used Aves Critter Clay to make a base for it.

I love everything about it.
The painted internal lighting is phenomenal, really comes across great.
I love how the other fleshy areas feel light they are glowing from within as well, just not as hot as on the back.
The eyes are lovely, and the attention to detail on all those teeth is amazing!

Looks superb Jon, I love the glow of the fire coming through the spines! A shame you couldn't build the full figure,
I'm just imagining what it might have looked like with what you've achieved here, but you are right, it's a colossal piece to display. Only one thing for it, you're gonna have to move house!

I am supposed to be getting a 12 inch kit in return for building an 11 inch kit of it. The 11 inch commission will not be very colorful per the client, but I may make mine atomic blue.

Great work Jon. I can't add much that others haven't covered. You set a high bar in quality and you're prolific too. That internal glow using paint is impressive, and I especially like the eyes -- that dead, unearthly Shin Godzilla look.
