Heads are interchangeable and held on by magnets. Not the original base which was a big chunk of resin too heavy for my display shelves and a bit rough anyway.
Original plan was to replace the crossbows but with a bit of work the ones with the kit came out fine in the end
Did try choosing "do not resize images" but they came out small here, believe you can see more detail if you want by clicking pic
