I haven't got a clue what movie this is from (although it initially made me think of Bong Joon-ho's 2006 movie "The Host"), but that is REALLY impressive work

Holy crap!
That looks amazing. So real, and lifelike. Color choice and use is perfect.
It looks so grotesque, yet not revolting.
