Narin’s Hellboy WIP

#1 Post by DNA »

It’s finally time I build/paint this Hellboy kit from Narin.

Glued the arms and head with 5 min epoxy. A little seam filling, some primer, and then a base coat.

Not much progress but here’s where I’m at with the legs. Weathered some of the leather and getting the metallic buttons and buckles done.

That’s my ex wife in my avatar 😁. The new wife is so much better because she doesn’t want to suck the life out of me. Yes, I’m in Texas but live in the Dallas area.

Here’s a look with the parts attached

Thanks for all the kind words and following along everyone.

Here are the last of the accessories that came with the kit.

Image

Kit also came with a cross and horseshoe. Went into my daughter’s arts and craft box to find small beads for the rosary. Was able to find something interesting to attach to the horseshoe.

The wood and leather effects look fantastic, especially the sheath for the Kukri!
